The third phase of the project, was to connect the main farmhouse with the new annex by landscaping. Throughout my planning and research, I wanted to primarily focus on using local plants and material while solving the clients requests.

During my design process, I created parking towards the beginning of the drive way for guest and residents. I also created a detached garage for the owners at the end of the driveway closest to their apartment in the main house, as well as their own private vegetable garden. To connect the main house and annex, I designed a pathway with a focal fountain that is surrounded by trees and hammocks. Near the annex is a raised pool and pool house with a outdoor kitchen and contains the same exterior materials as the annex.
